Where they overlap
Astrology depends on accurate astronomical data. Modern chart calculations use the same ephemerides astronomers use.
Honest limits
Astrology cannot replace astronomy as a description of physical reality. Astronomy cannot replace astrology as a description of meaning. They answer different questions.
