High ridge
A high crest of land between two valleys — exposed ground from which both sides are visible.
A high ridge in a dream is the dream's image of exposed ground from which both sides are visible. The ridge is windier than the valleys it separates; the price of the view is the exposure. The dream brings the high ridge when something in your life — a position between two communities, a vantage from which two competing situations can both be seen, a leadership role — is being lived from the high, exposed line. A ridge walked along in good weather is the dream affirming the use of the view. A ridge held in a storm, with no shelter available on either side, is the dream noting that the cost of the vantage point is being paid in full, and the descent into a valley is overdue.
