Soaring eagle
An eagle riding high air — a vantage that takes in more ground than the work below realises.
A soaring eagle in a dream is the dream's image of a vantage that sees more of the ground than the people working it do. The eagle does not flap its way up; it uses the air the day already produced. The dream brings the eagle when a part of you — or a figure in your life — has gained altitude on the situation and is able to see the pattern that the actors inside it cannot. An eagle holding the high circle is the dream affirming that the long view has been earned. An eagle with no thermal left, dropping out of the sky, is the dream noting that the conditions that made the vantage possible have collapsed, and the long view has had to come back down to the field.
